All Volunteers will be logged-in and tracked by each island's call-in center.
The call-in center will connect each volunteer with a Kupuna or disabled in need. Volunteers will communicate directly with their assigned Kupuna for any future non-emergency request. Call-in centers will track volunteers and Kupuna on a regular basis.
All safety precautions will be followed during the delivery process.
